Online survey tool - Zoomerang vs. Survey Monkey

I want to build a quick and simple online form that organisations can use to apply for grants, get further info ,etc. I've used Zoomerang in the past but also know about Survey Monkey. Both of these cost money (although offer a discount for non-profits) are there any other tools out there that people prefer to use? Or if you use either Zoomerang or Survey Monkey, are there any advantages using one over the other?

I've used Surveymonkey successfully for http://mindapples.org and it's a great tool, particularly its 'collectors' function. However, as soon as you get over 100 responses the costs can really mount up and you can find yourself locked into paying the fees rather than close your survey. Best for surveys which are for a fixed length of time, not for ongoing forms and services. I haven't used Zoomerang though, interested to see what others say about that.
I agree with Andy - if you know how many people or how much time, Survey Monkey is excellent. If you are unsure and just want to leave the form up, it could cost more than you want ($19/month I think). Have never used Zoomerang either.
Thanks Amy and Andy,

Survey Monkey is a popular one. I've used Zoomerang in the past and the costs seem roughly the same ($19/month or $15/month for non-profits). I have had a couple of other recommendations via our Twitter site, which was Fluid Surveys and Constant Contact. Looking at both, I was very impressed with Constant Contact(it had extra features like it would automatically tell the user how much of the survey they had completed). The price was better as well if you signed up for an annual contract $15/month plus a 30% discount for non-profits.
