Consumer Focus is inviting a range of innovators, public service designers, providers and consumer representatives to a participant led workshop on the 15th March. The aim of the day is to explore how we can ensure consumer interest is placed at the heart of design and delivery of services in a digital age.

With 10 days to go until the workshop takes place we are pleased to announce a further 10 extra tickets have become available for those wishing to attend. Please email digips.cf@googlemail.com if you would like to reserve a place on the day.

We also recently published the Workshop agenda for the day, which can be viewed in the previous post. We warmly welcome feedback when considering the shape of the day itself as well as suggestions for themes that you feel need to be discussed.
