I would include - ecomodo.com : the marketplace of good returns.

Very simply, Ecomodo brings communities together to share. Using Ecomodo individuals can lend and borrow everyday objects, skills and spaces with their neighbours, friends and work colleagues and lenders can choose to lend for free, for a fee or for charity.

Canstreamer is a smartphone app streaming UK community radio stations
and is the app that all community radio fans have been waiting for.
The app is cross-platform and the Android version is available here:

Canstreamer has a directory of community radio stations that use the
Canstream webcasting platform - the CMA's flagship online media
platform - so that listeners can easily tune in via their smartphones.
The app also contains details about each radio station listed such as
website address, contact email and phone number so that volunteers can
get in touch with their local community radio station.

The CMA did not want to develop "yet another radio app" - we wanted to
develop something that was going to be really useful to community
radio listeners, volunteers, station managers and voluntary sector
workers and activists. So the Canstreamer app will also include sector
news from the CMA's website, funding news and technical information
from our mailing list, and a wealth of voluntary sector information
from our Twitter feed that gets updated several times a day.

We want to ensure that community radio broadcasters can be found on
the latest platforms along with other broadcasters. Canstreamer means
that community radio broadcasters are now with the technology curve if
not ahead of it and brings digital broadcasting to community-based
broadcasters at an affordable cost. Canstreamer will grow audiences
for community radio and the arts by providing an easy-to-use platform
for listening to the best of UK community radio on the move.

We intend that future releases of Canstreamer will also include
versions for the iPad and Apple Mac platforms.

The Canstreamer app has been developed with the assistance of Arts
Council Yorkshire, the Artimelt Academy and The Gist Foundation - a
grassroots technology collective in Sheffield.

Hi Josef - great that you are doing this work, and particularly since you are starting with the the use situations/ business models first, and are then going for apps to support them. 

Here's some thoughts on joining up with other developments that might be helpful

The socialbysocial game has a small set of ideas and apps on cards, that sort-of relate to what you are looking at. I'm now starting on a project that would expand the number of cards, and link them to backup resources, so the set is the basis for a social app store.

The game then becomes the way in which you decide which apps suit your situation. I'm looking at doing that on a card-based wiki (that is, the building blocks are card-type modules rather than pages) wagn.org It is being used that way here for group processes with pattern language as the organising principle.

Here's my bookmarks on pattern language.

It then become possible to give routes into the apps and other resources via a game or through a guide on the wiki.

For the top-level use situations you might like to the ideas generation and mapping that we did over on Our Society: ideas brainstorm here, then mapped here. There will be further ideas development shortly through some work with Third Sector Research Centre.
