Thanks Gary - delighted to do anything to help. It looks as if we might have the makings of a collaborative support and knowledge-sharing programme.

Sorry I can not make the 21st as I have something on that day. Jessica I would be interested in talking to you about what you are doing. We do have a national community reporters meeting on the 8th oct in London which Mark will be at as well. so could meet up after that say 16.30 . Or alternatively happy to me jessica for a chat at another time. Dave it would be great if you could join me and Jessica for a meeting. Have a look at our new Salford Internet Tv http://eastsalforddirect.co.uk/tv

Hi there, I could do a pre-meeting on the 21st too, can throw in what I've done in terms of social reporting and training too - looking forward to it

Hi Mark - yes let chat, and see how best to join up conversations/meet. I'll also create some pages on the wiki to capture current plans/emerging ideas.

Hi Mark - perhaps we can also touch base on the phone next week? Unfortunately I can only make Monday 21st morning 11-12.30. I'll drop you my contact details and we can share info on current projects as we haven't spoken before, to explore whether it's worth joining the discussion re Community Voices. At the very least it would be good to keep the communication flowing!

Hi David
That morning isn't ideal for me but I can probably get to Victoria at 12.30-ish and run through where we've got to with you/whoever?
You're on my list to speak to in the enxt few days anyway so perhaps a long phone call will be enough prep?

Hi David / Gary - that sounds great - I'll message you offline with a suggestion of times for 21st Sept.

Gary - very interested to talk further with you about community reporters!

Gary/Mark/Jessica - this sounds really promising. Any chance of a first get-together morning before the workshop?

People's Voice Media are currently running a community reporters programme across the North West and also in Yorkshire and are establishing a national community reporters programme with a number of partners including Mark. We already have toolkits and training progarmmes and have over 150 reporters signed up with a view of having 300 by December. We have also developed the "reuters of the community" concept and are currently exploring content aggregation with a number of other partners. Jessica / David Happy to talk with you and explore ways of working together.

Hi David/Jessica
I'm working on a Community Reporters project in Brighton, linked to some other similar local projects in other parts of the UK. WE have some ideas about content for a training programme we are going to be running in the coming months but any chance to get ideas and shared resources flowing v welcome
Mark
