A Wiki on how to use social media

I am looking for feed back and possible collaboration on the following idea : a wiki on how to use social media, designed for changemakers.
It would look like lists of tips and tools (which is already ubiquitous on the web) but regularly updated by the contributors. As you now, the challenge with social media is to follow its fast pace of evolution.
